Team Tennessee, Year 3

Team Tennessee is composed of mainly mechanical engineering undergraduate students with some electrical and computer engineering that are in charge of the power electronics computer and electrical systems. The team is led by Dr. David Irick from the Mechanical Aerospace and Biomedical Engineering department (MABE for short). The graduate student team leaders are Courtney Lindwurm and Shaun Hinds, who are both GATE fellows.

Team Tennessee placed 6th overall in the 2006 competition at the end of year 2 and was awarded the most improved team alongside the San Diego State team.
