    Year 3 Description

     

    Year 3 brings the design and implementation of years 1 and 2 a step further. Year 3 introduces the 99% buyoff criteria into the competition. Teams are to refine their vehicles to such high standards that would be considered 99.9% ready for the show room floor. This means that teams not only have to perfect the designs but be able to reduce Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH), make the vehicles pleasing to drive and to look at. Meanwhile the competition will still judge the well to wheel efficiency, performance and utility of the vehicles. Year 3 is shaping up to be an exciting competition.

     

    The competition for Year 3 will be held at the GM Milford Proving Grounds
